Homes for Sale in Avery Ranch, Austin, TX

This golf course community is one of the most popular neighborhoods in the ever-growing Parmer Lane corridor between Round Rock and Cedar Park. Technically, Avery Ranch east of Parmer Lane is in Austin, not Round Rock, but it's Round Rock in everything but name and is part of the Round Rock ISD. 

Almost 1200 homes were built in Avery Ranch East from 2001-2010 (not including the garden homes or the new Pearson Place subdivision) with 55% of these homes being larger than 3000sqft. There is an estate home section of Drees Homes bordering the Avery Ranch Golf Club and Clubhouse area. Other prominent builders in this area include: DR Horton, Meritage, Morrison, Partners in Building, and Ryland.

Avery Ranch west of Parmer Lane is still within the Austin city limits but homes here are part of the highly acclaimed Leander ISD. Over 1300 DR Horton homes were built here from 2001-2012 with over 80% of these homes under 2500sqft. Smaller lots and more affordable homes than Avery Ranch East, but the same great HOA, These 1300 homes do not include any of the condos and townhomes in Avery Ranch West.
